Well happy with there service but 100 bucks for a oil change is ridiculous for a 25 4qt engine i got my ram 5.7 hemi serviced at ram in mcalester 7 qt full synthetic was only 109.00 with a tire rotation there is a problem here with pricing makes me think twice about having it changed there again

Fast Friendly service every time I go there

I dropped my car off without an appointment due to the radiator having a leak in it. They immediately got my car in and took car off me. A short two days later and they had my car ready to roll again.

As is typical for Dunn Country Chevy/GMC in Eufaula, the service was wonderful! We had both of our cars needing oil changes at the same time and we needed at least one car. So Bill in Service suggested we schedule them back to back while we were in town! Worked great! We dropped one off and ran errands in one. Then when the first was finished we swapped cars and finished our errands while the second on was completed! Simple plan that worked perfectly. We really appreciate the sincere efforts to keep us on the road when service is needed! Thanks, Dunn Country!

I purchased a new 2026 Tahoe and it having an issue with the driver door wind noise and 4 visits with them attempting to fix it with it being unable to be. They immediately started with notification of General Motors and started their assistance instead of wasting more time! I very much appreciate them assisting with helping getting this situation corrected! They have always given outstanding service!

My car was damaged by a semi brake shoe we ran over. The dealership repair department was quick to look at my vehicle. They ordered part and repaired it very quickly.

They are great about keeping me informed about what needs to be done. I am treated like a friend. Have done business with them for over 30 years and have always been satisfied with the service and vehicles that I have purchased there.

All appointments are always performed in a timely fashion and the appointment reminders are also nice. Can't say enough about Bill Apple and Miss Emily. They are down to earth QUALITY people. And I dont know any techs by name but I'm giving them five stars also as they are the meat of the garage.

Bill was able to get my truck in quickly for maintenance and repair. All the staff are friendly and always willing to help. I love our small town businesses that still believe in excellent customer service!

We called on Tuesday morning wanting to make an appointment for car. Manager said we could bring it in at 2:00 pm. My husband took it in, car was fixed that afternoon. It was so fast and smooth.

This is the second time that I've used Dunn's and it was just a great as the first time. When I brought my car in, I had another issue going on that I asked about and said I know I'd have to make another appointment for but just a asking for ideas on what it might be. The service advisor told me they take a quick peek at it for me. Great customer service!
